Enticing and complex and ever-evolving, the wine begins by offering aromas of citrus peel, stone fruit (nectarines, apricots) on top of a pleasing minerality.

This beguiling white wine is made from rare, Cayetana Blanca grapes. Grown using biodynamic practices in the family's 100+ year-old, high-elevation vineyard. Native yeast fermented in Stainless Steel tanks, no malolactic (to preserve the crispness) then racked and aged in tanks prior to bottling. Aged in bottle for two years prior to release.

They are famous for making some of Spain's most elegant and long-lived wines. The Ribera del Duero has no designation for Blanco wines. The few white grapes grown there are typically used in a field blend, where they amplify the aromas of the red Tempranillo. As a result, this impressive, age-worthy white wine goes by the common "Vino de Mesa" (wine of the table). Anywhere else it would qualify as a Reserva.

Pairs nicely with fuller-bodied white wine dishes such as Pork, veal, roast poultry and full-flavored vegetarian dishes.
