Lebeau-Batiste Brut Tradition

Growers-producers Emilie Lebeau and her husband Florent Batiste farm all of their vines organically . They manage a small cluster of vineyards on the western edge of the Cote de Blanc in the village of Chavot-Courcourt. Until quite recently, Emilie's vines supplied a significant amount of juice to the Chavost co-operative, but we were thrilled when she partnered with our importer to offer estate-bottled wines back in 2022. We've ordered as much as we can afford, as these wines over-deliver in spades, and we sold a ton during the holidays last year. Lebeau-Batiste deserves all the accolades and attention they receive. Across their entire range, this couple produces spectacular wines priced far, far below their actual value.
