Aroma: cherry, blackberry and raspberry, spicy notes of cocoa. Minerals (chalk, slate) and slightly balsamic. On the palate, the wine is full and fresh with good fruit, tannins and refreshing acidity that make this wine easy to drink. A long and enjoyable finish dominated by just-ripe fruits.
The Winery
In the 18th century, a natural cave was excavated under the mountain where Joaquin Rebollego is located. This keeps a constant temperature and humidity without expending any energy. These ideal conditions, together with the selection of the best barrels from the most prestigious cooperages, are what make Joaquín Rebolledo's wines so enjoyable.
