J Vineyards & Winery 2021 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Crafted from up to 100 individual small lots, this wine captures the classic characteristics of the renowned Pinot Noir variety from the Russian River Valley.

Deeply layered and velvet-smooth, offering notes of perfectly ripe blackberry, black cherry, dark plum and cranberry that blend with hints of toast, spice, lavender and rose. There is definite oak here and, though it's integrating nicely, it still lends a vanillin sweetness on the midpalate. The wine finishes with soft tannins and long notes of fruit and spice.
