Van Tricht Farmdal Old

Another stellar gouda from the Van Tricht creamery in the West Flanders region of Belgium. The Farmdal Old is like the Farmdal Medium and the OG Kristal we've highlighted previously in that it's a pasteurized cow's milk cheese. 

The "Old" is aged for nine months, producing flavors of stone fruit and subtle cherry notes. The  mouthfeel  is creamy and contains small  crunchy salt crystals throughout the cheese.  One of the most balanced and crowd pleasing cheeses in the gouda category we've ever carried.  It's simply that good. A must have! 4 ounce minimum.
