Dutch Girl Aged Goat Gouda

Whether you know a lactose-intolerant cheese lover, or just one who loves a good goat cheese, here's a great gouda alternative!

Aged for seven months after being crafted from pasteurized goats milk, this cheese is from Southern Netherlands along the border of Belgium.  Gouda has been produced here since the 1200s, but was initially called 'Stolk'.  Sometime around 1540 the name was changed and the legend of modern gouda began.

Dutch Girl Gouda has a  rich, creamy mouthfeel with a lovely butterscotch finish to it.   This is an astounding gouda for the price and a great addition to your autumnal charcuterie board.
