This wine is identical to the two other Cellar de Capcanes Grenache wines in our store but for the soil type. A wonderful study in the impact of soil on a wine's profile - buy all three, invite some friends over, and set out four glasses per person. Try all three of these bottles - the slate, the limestone and the clay - then combine the three in the fourth glass to see if you can create something more enjoyable than the three soil types!
