The Wine

This is 100% Fiano produced from 20-year-old vines in Lapio, found  at 1,600 feet above sea level. The clusters are soft pressed and then fermented in stainless steel, where it matures for 8 months before bottling.

Fiano is a highly aromatic white wine that could double as an air freshener, it's aromas are so abundant! It offers tropical melon and citrus, with a suggestion of mint. The palate is likewise rich, bringing ripe fruits and lime to the fore. The long, lingering finish is simply delightful, leaving behind a nice mineral/saline combo compliemnted by baking spice notes.
